New Horizons Employment is a locally based employment agency committed to two missions, focusing on finding meaningful employment for disadvantaged Australians and striving to find the employer the right person for the job.
At New Horizons Employment we work closely with our jobseekers, through regular meetings we discuss their strengths, weaknesses, skills and goals – professional and personal. This way we can provide both the jobseeker and the employer with a highly accurate job-matching service.
If required we will actually go to work with our jobseekers and train them on the jobsite. This saves the employer training time costs and provides a one-on-one personalised training program to our jobseekers.

We can also assist in advising our jobseekers about the required workplace dress requirements and personal protective equipment. New Horizons Employment also guarantees to regularly check our workers progress to ensure their productivity and quality are maintained. New Horizons Employment works with each client on an individual basis by assisting them with a range of resources, from picture formats of work tasks, strategies for getting to work on time, healthy lunch choices and much more.
